No Down Payment
 
Recent changes to the "No Down Payment" plan make it appear that this plan is no longer available. In some cases, you can qualify by borrowing the down payment or you may be able to qualify for a Mortgage Rebate Program which will result in you having the necessary minimum down payment of 5% of the purchase price. What you do need is a good credit history, stable employment and a good income.
